We scored a massive 100% for satisfaction with the time it took to provide your prescription and/or any other NHS services you required, 98.59% for how you rated the pharmacist and staff and 98.59% for everything taken into account - the staff, the shop and the service provided. The area you voted the best was 'the staff overall' and some of the comments we received were: "I cannot think of anything else which would make the service any better. It is a pleasure to visit the pharmacy" and "An excellent local pharmacy" The area which you voted we did the worst was providing information on physical exercise. To remedy this, we are offering FREE bmi calculations, FREE use of our body fat monitor and FREE advice and information on leading a healthy lifestyle. Come in store and ask for more details. Also, if you are aged between 40 and 74 and live in hull, have a GP in hull or both and are not currently taking medication for heart disease, you may be eligible for a FREE NHS funded healthy heart check.
